Overwatering is much more likely to cause problems than underwatering. If you aren't sure whether it needs a drink, waiting a little longer is usually the safer choice.

Although it can tolerate genuinely low-light conditions, medium to bright indirect light will encourage faster, fuller growth. Very low light won't necessarily hurt the plant — it will just grow much more slowly.
